APIRG By-Elections for Board of Directors
At the October AGM, APIRG will be holding an election to fill three vacancies on our Board of Directors. To be eligible for a position on the APIRG Board of Directors, you must be an undergraduate student who has not opted out of the APIRG fee.
As the major decision-making body of the organization, the Board of Directors plays a crucial role in the functioning of APIRG. In order for APIRG to operate effectively and efficiently, Board Members must fulfill their responsibilities.
The election will be held at the APIRG Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 13th in the Alumni Room of the Students Union Building (SUB). The AGM will begin at 7:00pm. During the meeting candidates will be given a maximum of 5 minutes to explain why they wish to serve on the APIRG Board. After all candidates speak, eligible undergraduate students in attendance will vote by secret ballot
